Every year we hold a concentrated weekend of Beginners Classes which
is quite intensive and covers all aspects of photography, both film
based and digital.
This year's weekend was held from Friday night of the 5tn October and
both a morning and afternoon session on both Saturday and Sunday, and
14 persons attended.
The following Sunday 14th October, we had a Beginners Outing to Marlay
Park, which was used to put the theory from the previous weekend into
practice. Experienced Club Members were on hand to offer help and
advice where needed.
The cost of the Beginners Classes Weekend is only €40.00, and this can
be offset if those attending decide to join the Club as full members,
by paying the balance of €35.00 to cover the yearly fee of €75.00.
If you have any questions about your camera, techniques, film speeds,
apertures, shutter speeds, "what does this button do?", don't be
afraid to ask at the Club meetings and we will try to get you an
answer.
